Thoroughly wet hair. Lather shampoo in your palms and then work into your roots. Leave in for 2 minutes to allow for full absorption. Rinse thoroughly. Apply to damp hair. Use hands or a wide-tooth comb to work conditioner through your hair focusing on the ends. Leave in for 3-5 minutes depending on how deeply you wish to condition. Rinse thoroughly. Use as often as needed. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, flush thoroughly with water.
