Too Shea! is our medium weight conditioner for medium and thick (coarse) textured hair. It contains shea butter (hence the adorable name), jojoba oil, avocado oil, hydrolyzed oat protein and tons of lovely herbs and spices that are all great for hair and scalp health. Together they combine to make a thick, moisturizing conditioner that isn’t too heavy and not at all greasy.

My shampoo/conditioner are slightly different in color compared to my last bottle, is this normal?

Yes, it is completely normal and safe for use. Our batches can tend to have a slight variance in color due to the use of natural ingredients.

How to tell if I have protein overload?

One telltale sign that you’re having a protein overload is that your hair will begin to feel easily tangled and drier than normal even when your hair is wet/has conditioner in it.

What conditioner do I use for my leave-in?

All Jessicurl Conditioners are dual formulated for rinse-out and leave-in, so depending on your hair needs is how you will choose your leave-in. If you need protein, Too Shea! is the right choice!

Our 12 herb blend, for healthy hair growth, is in all of our conditioners. These ingredients promote healthy hair growth by stimulating hair follicles, soothing the scalp, and encouraging cell rejuvenation.
Shea Butter, Jojoba Oil, and Avocado Oil make up a medium weight moisturizing base blend. This strengthens hair strands and minimizes breakage by reducing friction between strands and stimulating blood flow.
