Rosewater and Aloe Toner

Rosewater and Aloe Toner is gentle enough for twice-daily use. Apply toner to freshly cleansed skin as a part of your AM and PM routine. For best results, pour a quarter-sized amount of product onto a cotton pad and sweep over the face and neck area, concentrating on dry areas or points of irritation. Follow by applying your favorite serum, moisturizer, and SPF.
