Why didn’t I see an immediate effect?

Ensure your skin is completely clean and dry. Apply a tiny amount and remain expressionless for 2 minutes. Using too much or applying over oily products can prevent the firming film from forming.

Does it leave white residue or flaking?

No! If you see white residue, it is a sign of over-application. Use only a small, pea-sized amount. If residue appears, gently tap it away with a damp cloth and use less next time.

Can I wear this under makeup?

Yes! It works as an under-eye primer. Let it dry completely first, then gently tap (do not rub) your concealer or foundation to keep the firming layer intact.

Is the bottle empty? I can’t pump it.

Our product uses an Airless Pump to maintain potency. On first use, you must prime the pump by pressing it 10-15 times to activate the vacuum. A little goes a long way!

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Our formula is dermatologist-tested and hypoallergenic. A slight tightening sensation is normal as it works. For hyper-sensitive skin, we recommend a patch test before full use.
