LUMPY PAINT

LUMPY PAINT
Really disappointed in spending all the time to prep and sand my project then to have the paint come out in chunks. I shook this can with my Sawzall for ever and still got a think goop. Back to sanding my project again and trying to find paint that will actually leave a nice layer of paint.

I didn't like anything about this product. I shook the can for several minutes after hearing the ball rattle.
Only a little dribble came out. It started with a mist of paint and then sprayed out little gobs of paint.
I have used a lot of spray paint in my life and this was the worst.
I tried to resolve the problem by shaking some more, cleaning the sprayer nozzle, replacing the nozzle with a new nozzle, tipping the can upside down/spraying, cussing, and this did nothing.
I bought two cans of this paint- 1) primer and 2) Russett. These cost me around $50.00 I want a refund- how do I get that?
This can's expiration date was 11/14/23. It says New on the paper label added to the can. This was not new, but it was expired.
These items should have never been listed for sale. I would definitely not buy this product or anything from the seller.

I purchased high temp primer. Can nozzle began splattering paint about 5 seconds into use. Within 10 seconds it stopped spraying all together. I have painted a great deal with aerosol paint before. This had to be the worst experience yet. Don't buy! I would have given in zero stars, but gave it a one to make sure it shows up for other people when they sort the ratings.

I was a little concerned after reading some reviews about the application. I shook well and took a couple of test sprays on some cardboard. At first I felt the reviews were accurate as the result was watery and the spraying a little clumps. Then it applied beautifully, dried quickly and allowed for a second coat.
I was able to remove my insert, sand it, mask off, apply first coat, dry, sand, 2nd coat, and re install the install in about 90 minutes. Great afternoon project for a great transformation.

A bit of a disappointment. Although I shook the can as directed and made sure that the product was a fresh date code, when I sprayed it on, it still produced some lumpy deposits. At that point, I was committed to a time schedule and was unable to stop and wait for another shipment of primer that may or may not have been any better. As a result, I have a paint job that looks better than what I had before but not as good as i expected it to look.
