FIND YOUR GLOW: Amp up your look with one or all of the following steps using fingers or a brush. Blend edges. Step 1: Sweep Highlighter from the temples down onto the cheekbone. Tap Highlighter onto the brow bone and inner corners of the eye. Step 2: After applying eye shadow, tap Highlighter onto the brow bone and inner corners of the eye.
