HOW TO USE:

Uncap the eyeliner and twist until the tip is at your desired length for application. Smooth formula makes lining easy & effortless. Great slip and movement, not to mention wear, Forever Wear Liner can be used on the top to define and accent your eyes, or on the bottom and inside your eye lid to create a more sultry finish. To create the desired look, follow the same practice as the liquid eyeliner. Forever Wear Liner is skinny enough to create a thick line, but soft enough to smudge out if you like.
