Apotheke is a luxury home fragrance brand inspired by the unexpected beauty found in life’s simple pleasures. Founded in 2011 by wife-husband duo, Chrissy Fichtl and Sebastian Picasso, Apotheke is defined by craftsmanship and guided by passion, offering scents that are thoughtfully blended to elevate the everyday. Chrissy is self-taught in the beauty of essential oils and soap making, having begun by sourcing essential oils directly from farms.

How did we get our start?

In the summer of 2012, we opened our first factory in Brooklyn, New York. Always maintaining the philosophy that high-quality and luxury goods can still be made steps from home by real people.

Candles and soaps are still made by hand at our Brooklyn factory.

What are you Fragrances made of?

All of our fragrances are a blend of essential oils and perfume-grade fragrance. We work with world renowned perfumers to create all of our fragrances.
