**I wrote the following after my purchase in Dec 2023 w/5 STARS *****: This stuff is the best! My Mom has been using this for years. She's about to turn 87 but to look at her face, you'd think she was in her 50's with hardly any wrinkles! **When placing this yr's order, my review for 2024 w/1 Star *: It clearly states in TWO different places, that this is for THREE (3) 2 oz containers but I only received 1 container. Upon reading the reviews, this has happened several times. Upon chatting with 2 customer service representatives, they have no idea why some are receiving the 3 & others are receiving 1. I was given a full refund & got to keep the single container for my troubles. But I'm VERY disappointed cause this was to be one f my Mom's Christmas gifts & it's false advertising. Why don't they get ahold of the manufacturer or whoevre & make this right??? I also think we should be able to give separate reviews for the same items when they're bought at different times
I'm 71, and have been using this product for years. I'm told I look 51 and have great skin, which says a lot since I live in Texas where the sun turns everyone's skin to shoe leather. I love Oil of Olay products.
I ordered the 3 pack of Olay night moisturizer – which I have ordered before – and paid for that. I received a single container – and the box holding the container we was badly damaged and it was clear to me that the container had been previously opened. I returned it and won’t reorder.
This is the only moisturizer for me now. I just tried something different and came right back. Makes my skin feel dewy moist. In the winter I use the night cream both day & night for extra moisture. But this is light and moist for summer days.
