Why wasn’t there a solution that worked with the skin, not against it? The stripping, the purging, the resurfacing.

And so Mighty Patch was born.

It’s hard to trust new products when you have sensitive skin. It’s why we care so much about the ingredients we use (and the ones we choose not to use).

Our approach is: whatever we make needs to work with your skin, never against it. So we restrict over 2,400 ingredients that could cause irritation; we call it being consciously clinical.
